How the SAT Superscore Calculator Works
The SAT consists of two sections: Evidence-Based Reading & Writing (R&W) and Math, each scored 200–800. When you take the SAT multiple times, your superscore takes the best R&W result and the best Math result across all attempts and combines them into a single composite score ranging from 400–1600.
