What GCSE Physics Covers

Schools decide which route they offer and sometimes which students take Triple. If you aim for physics or engineering later, ask early about Triple Science, because it builds useful background. How the 9 to 1 Grades Work
GCSEs in England use grades 9 to 1, where 9 is the top grade and 4 is a standard pass GCSE 9 to 1 grades, GOV.UK. A grade 5 is the strong pass many colleges request. The scale replaced the old A* to G letters, so a 7 is broadly an old A and a 4 lines up near a low C. Draw the diagrams
Forces, circuits, and waves make far more sense as pictures. Sketch free body diagrams, circuit layouts, and wave shapes from memory. The act of drawing builds understanding that reading alone does not. Sharing the sketch with a study partner helps you spot errors.
Practise with past papers under time

Units are marks
